Efficient packaging of shelf-ready products on trays for sales and logistics

The CP/TP is a flexible group packing machine that groups the products into groups, which are transferred on a corrugated cardboard blank for packaging. The blanks are closed into trays at the gluing and pressing station. A lid applicator can be included after the packing machine, as a part of the overall solution. The packaging speed is automatically adapted to the line speed.

The CP/TP machine is suitable for the packing of bottles, cartons and boxes, for example, on open trays.  Thanks to the materials used in their manufacturing, Orfer’s packing machines are also excellent for use in production premises where a high hygiene level is required, such as in the food industry. The packing machines come with soft start and stop functionalities, allowing the processing of sensitive products.

The machines are equipped with a product-specific grouping system, which is always designed according to the product and the product line’s capacity. The machines are suitable for numerous FEFCO structures, and agile adjustments of the tray size or structure are possible thanks to the adjustment mechanism and programs.
