ORFER FORMECA CP/WA

Optimize the secondary packaging of shelf-ready products with Orfer's Formeca group packaging machine.

Formeca CP/WA is a flexible group packing machine, which packs products in a wrap-around box or on an open tray according to production needs.

 

The group packing machine sorts the products into groups, which are transferred on a corrugated cardboard blank for packaging. The machine seals the packaging at the gluing and pressing station. The packaging speed is automatically adapted to the line speed.

  

The machines are equipped with a product-specific grouping system, which is always designed according to the product and the product line’s capacity. The machines are suitable for several FEFCO structure. The structure or size can be changed quickly thanks to the adjustment mechanism and programs.

 

We offer specific group packing machines for bottles, boxes and soft packages. Thanks to the materials used in their manufacturing, Orfer’s packing machines are also excellent for use in production premises where a high hygiene level is required, such as in the food industry. The packing machines come with soft start and stop functionalities, ensuring the safe processing of fragile products.
