Automatic formation of environmentally friendly waterproof transport boxes
Do you want to start using environmentally waterproof boxes and use automatic formation for these? EFB 10 is a highly efficient and flexible box forming machine. The machine forms complete transport and display packaging in three different sizes; boxes of 2.5 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg.
The EFB uses coated corrugated cardboard blanks to form boxes with the forming tool and closes them with hot glue at the pressing station.
The box size can be changed in just a few minutes. The box forming machine has proven to be an important factor in reducing the packaging and logistics costs of our clients. The boxes formed by EFB 10 can be used in the fishing industry, for example, to replace Styrofoam fish boxes.
Formeca EFB’s are fitted with an informative touchscreen, which is used to select the box sizes for production and to monitor the production.
