ORFER FORMECA HMA

A flexible box forming machine for industrial case packing

Orfer’s Formeca HMA box forming machines are efficient, adjustable machines for industrial case packing. HMA uses hot melt adhesive and forming tools to convert die cut corrugated blanks into transport and display packaging.

 

The machine forms up to 25—50 packages of uniform quality per minute per machine. HMA can be used for the production of trays, boxes with lids as well as separate trays and lids.

The packaging size or structure can be adjusted quickly by using the adjustment tool and quick-release replacement parts. The machines have informative touchscreens, which are used for the selection of the production program. Any deficiencies or failures are shown in the display.
