Compact robotic palletizing system for continuous automatic palletizing

The PalletCell can be used for continuous palletizing with a compact system, which brings cost savings and improves the process efficiency. As a result of expertise in design and comprehensive testing, the system is quick and efficient to install and take into use.

 

The efficient robotic palletizing system packs products on pallets according to the pallet pattern one pallet at a time. A full pallet is removed from the system and a new, empty pallet is placed at the palletizing location while the robot continues palletizing products at the adjacent pallet location. The robot of the palletizing system is fitted with a product-specific gripper, and the grouping of products is equipped according to the client’s needs. Thanks to its compact design, the robotic palletizing system can be used in the production environments of multiple industries.
