ORFER PALLETCELL XC

Automate palletizing with a very compact robotic palletizing system

Orfer PalletCell XC is a flexible single unit palletizing system, which can be used for the stacking of plastic or cardboard boxes and trays on pallets, amongst other things. With the PalletCell XC, palletizing automation can be introduced quickly, and the installation time may be as short as just one day.

 

A supply conveyor is used to bring the products to be palletized to grouping, and the Kawasaki robot then picks the products and places them on the pallet one layer at a time. The finished pallet is fetched from the system. The palletizing continues when a new pallet has been placed in the system’s pallet location and the door with a safety-lock has been closed.

 

A robotic palletizing system can be equipped with mechanical or vacuum grippers, depending on the product to be handled. A left or right-hand model is available of the PalletCell XC. An overall delivery may include product conveyors, slips-sheet magazines and other necessary equipment.
